Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
Brad Robinson is a Mental Performance Coach, Registered Professional Counsellor provisional, and the Founder of The Complete Athlete. Brad uses a holistic, people-first approach to help individuals, teams, and organizations perform at their best under pressure— while building the habits, mindset, and self-awareness needed for long-term success in work and life. The Complete Athlete development model was built through lived experience. Brad draws from years of navigating high-pressure environments, overcoming setbacks, injury, trauma, PTSD, and the ongoing process of personal growth and healing. Everything Brad teaches is grounded in real-world experience and practical application—tools he continues to use in his own life and leadership. Before his work in mental performance and counselling, Brad competed at an elite level in sport, including representing Canada at the national level. These experiences shaped his deep understanding of preparation, resilience, accountability, and performance under expectation. Brad also spent 18 years in the Fire Service as a Firefighter, Lieutenant, and Acting Captain, where he developed a rare skill set in leadership, communication, and team dynamics. Working in high-risk, high-stress environments taught Brad how individuals show up under pressure, how team culture is formed, and how trust, accountability, and emotional regulation directly impact outcomes. Today, Brad works with corporate leadership teams, first responders, athletes, and high-performing professionals to strengthen mindset, improve communication, regulate stress, and build cultures where people take responsibility for how they show up. He is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
